Vito’s by the Park, located at 26 Trumbull Street in Hartford, CT is thrilled to be taking part in Hartford’s Restaurant Week, July 20th – August 2nd. This year’s 3 course menu features our very own locally grown produce, fresh from Vito’s Family Farm in South Windsor! Just in case the Farm runs out of something on the menu, we are prepared to make substitutions, and all changes made will be based on what we harvested that day. Everything that is has an * is gluten free, and the bolded ingredients are from the Family Farm.
First Course – Please select one
Vito’s farm fresh tomato and basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, aged balsamic glaze and olive oil.
*CHOPPED KALE SALAD
Farm fresh kale, Cajun shrimp, avocado, roasted corn and tomato salsa, dressed with a citrus vinaigrette.
Sausage, shallots, white wine and pesto broth. This pesto is made with basil grown locally on our farm.
Entree – Please select one
Swiss chard, zucchini, squash and tomato, sautéed in a fresh herb and white wine sauce, tossed with homemade spaghettini. Gluten free pasta is available for $2 extra.
Fresh dry aged sirloin served with roasted zucchini and squash, garlic mashed potato and dressed with a mushroom demi glaze.
Fresh rainbow trout, pan fried and panko crusted, dressed with a lemon- cello glaze and served with wilted Swiss chard and crispy potato.
Boneless chicken thighs pan roasted with capers, cherry peppers, tomatoes, garlic and olives, served With Homemade Fettuccini.
